The WPE department houses specialized laboratories equipped with cutting-edge technology to support our research mission. Our facilities enable innovative research across our four focus areas: Indoor Air, BioResources, Public Health, and Sanitation.

Our microbiology laboratory supports research on waterborne pathogens, microbial communities in various environments, and the development of biological treatment processes. The facility is equipped for cultivation, identification, and molecular analysis of microorganisms.
